I have always had artistic interests, even though I studied and worked in business communication for many years. My first artistic encounter was an amateur—theater group, a fantastic experience of development, enlightenment and fun for seven years.
In 2014, an encounter with the art of photography surprised me. Ιt all happened during a summer seminar in the island of Syros, organized by the founder of the Photography Circle, Platon Rivellis. Since then, through becoming a member of the Photography Circle and attending their annual seminars, I have revealed a new world to myself, which I am continuously discovering. I love taking shots of people and everyday life with the aim of “creation and emotion”, thus transforming part of reality into a dream. Dreams that come from a lens of art expose realities that are closer to the truth of emotions, closer to an understanding of the unexplainable. I hope that I always hold onto the motivation needed for the joy to create.
